Two out of our last five highest fee generating placements didn't have a degree, one didn't even have a college qualification.
Many in this circumstance wanted to enter the world of work as soon as they could, to start building their career. Others just couldn't afford the costs.
I doubt many have regrets.
For those employers that won't look at CV's without a degree, I would recommend you reconsider, you're missing out on some great talent.
Personally, I have met some of the most driven, talented and hardworking people that have come from a background where higher education wasn't an option.
