​Why did you join DMCG Global?

I joined DMCG Global because I believe in the company’s mission, values, and speaking with Chris Wallace and Dan Matthews was absolutely inspiring. 

Also joining means having full autonomy, no limit on my creativity, and defining what work looks like for me with support if I need it.

Working for a company that wants to put me in a box.
