Creative Director

DMCG Global is working with a best-in-class Design and Brand studio based in Shanghai and have been retained to identify a leading Creative Director to join their growing studio NOW.
 
Our client is a global powerhouse when it comes to FMCG/CPG design and have been responsible for creating some of the most iconic consumer led brands seen the world over. Opportunities at this level rarely arise, so this is a unique opportunity to lead and front one of the best Design and Brand studios in the world.
 
DMCG Global is looking for a seasoned Creative Director, with at least 4 years’ experience in a senior creative position in China working for an international brand agency. We are looking for someone that has proven commercial thinking, client relationship-building skills, and is passionate about mentoring team members. 
 
This Creative Director should have experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams, to consistently deliver creatively ambitious work, across multiple brand touch-points and communication channels.
 
You MUST have experience in the following all or some of the following categories: food, personal care, home and hygiene. It’s a bonus if you have experience in: beer, premium spirits, real estate, hospitality, pharmaceutical.
 
 
This Creative Director MUST be fluent in English (spoken and written). Fluency in Mandarin is not mandatory but will be advantageous. You should already be based within mainland China.
