Data & Insights Director

DMCG has been retained by a leading global digital and creative agency to identify a new Data & Insights Director for their Hong Kong studio. This is a KEY role and my client requires the best.
 
This Data & Insights Director will drive the data and CRM practice within the company, leading an established team of data analysts, currently this stands at 2. This Data & Insights Director will work closely with all disciplines across the company to help provide coherent solutions to existing clients. You will report to the HK Managing Director and have a dotted line to the Head of Data & Analytics based in Singapore.
 
Importantly, this Data & Insights Director will set the growth strategy for the data practice. They will understand the growing CRM space in Hong Kong and associated mar-tech platforms to drive deeper relationships with existing and new clients.
 
This Data & Insights Director will blend technical data analytics and CRM skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. While leading and developing their team, they will also be hands on – an active and effective point of delivery on projects. This Data & Insights Director will be a natural integrator/connector, who builds strong personal relationships and can connect people from different markets into teams.
