DMCG Global is currently seeking a Digital Center Leader to join a global consultancy in Saudi.
 
The candidate should have a network of business contacts in the region and be able to advise CIOs, CDOs in particular and organization leaders on Digital Agenda in general on leading practice approaches in key areas of the digital innovation and digital services/products. This will range from strategy to design and build and operate. 
 
A crucial part of your role will include involvement in business development and marketing activities to initiate and maintain contact with target companies as the company extends their business footprint in best position with the emerging digital market trends and demands. A strong candidate should already have a portfolio of contacts across the region and experience to build teams, execute strategy, manage organizational units, and promote effective digital innovation and transformation effectively.
 
The Candidate should be Saudi national based in KSA.
 
Key Responsibility:
 
A. Contribute to Clients
  • Support business portfolios in managing client offerings
  • Develop DDC market position and outreach through eminence, showcase and activities
  • Develop and maintain Client Relationships and capture insight from customer interactions
  • Perform Client Development and Delivery activities
  • Engage Clients visiting or working from DDC in strong experiential engaging activities relevant to the digital disruption, innovation and transformation
B. Contribute to the Firm and Brand
  • Manage firm activities such as Marketing, Campaigns etc.
  • Support Sales and Business Development activities
  • Adhere to Risk & Compliance policies
  • Adhere to highest standard of Ethics
  • Build Eminence and Intellectual Capital

 Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • An undergraduate degree in Technology fields. MBA or a relevant Master degree is a plus
  • A willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Business development experience and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels  
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven track record in building teams, fostering collaborative team work and managing group activities
  • Competencies required in one or more of the following areas of new technologies: Block Chain, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Automation, VR/AR, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Agile. With a strong understanding of all such technologies.
  • Mastery of the following concepts as understanding (User Experience, Customer Journey, Front end and Full stack Development, Digital Marketing, Creative Design, Innovation, Ideation, Design Thinking and Service Design.)
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team
  • Industry expertise in one or more industry ( Public Sector, Energy & Resources, FSI or Telecommunications & Media) , with proven experience of delivering IT strategy, operating model and / or EA projects into these sectors
  • Good command of written and spoken English and native Arabic language.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and
  • Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team; ability to sell additional services to clients
  • Has successfully built team/practice in digital development and operations.
  • Proven track record in the development and launch of strategic driven digital services/products.
  • Forward thinking with a passion for developing Digital services and marketing strategies with effective ROI
  • Demonstrate knowledge of digital innovation and disruptive technologies
  • Experienced in building Digital Strategic Roadmaps
  • Has worked on large Customer Experience programs
  • Helped Build Marketing, advertising, and communication plans
  • Excellent Project Management skills and demonstrated ability to function as a digital leader within a cross-functional organization.
  • Demonstrate strong sense for Risk Management and capability to integrate corporate risk policies in the practice effectively
  • Highly developed analytical, communication and presentation skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the organization.
  • High degree of professional confidence and credibility with effective presence, strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate concepts and plans that resonates with internal target audience at all levels.
