Head of PR - West Coast

Fast-growing global PR agency who specialize in finance, tech, and professional services are looking for a tenacious, ambitious, and forward-thinking PR leader to run the West Coast PR division, reporting into the President of the US office you will be part of the US senior management team and play a significant part in shaping the agency moving forward.
  
You will provide inspirational leadership, motivation, and mentorship to your team and clients and deliver award-winning progressive work. You will currently be a Head of PR, VP, SVP, or a Director of PR.

• Setting the strategic direction for the business
• Setting team’s business plans
• Oversight and accountability of the team’s performance
• Develop and deliver on significant new business
• Senior client counsel
• Critical decision making
• Senior and active member of the US management team

  
You will have…

• 12+ years’ experience, Financial Services PR and B2B sector is necessary
• People skills, mentoring, growing a collaborative and grown-up team and nurturing this working environment.
• Solid agency background and an excellent history of winning new business.
• Established and fostered exceptional top tier media relationships.
• Vision and ambition to move an agency forward and embrace change and challenges.
