Junior Content Manager

My client currently has offices in 15 countries, has ambitious, achievable growth plans, and operates in a competitive and highly regulated space therefore creativity is paramount in this role. 
  
Working with various departments within the organisation you will be creating and delivering content across their website and other platforms. You will manage the content to ensure it is engaging, exact, and informative.
  
The role…

• Oversee and deliver the content management process, delivering content from multiple sources.
• Keep the content fresh and engaging.
• Streamline the process of the content journey, from creation through copywriters, organise translation, to delivery via CMS.
• Ensure all content is optimised for SEO.
• Primary point of contact for multiple stakeholders across the company.
• Work to tight deadlines, managing stakeholders’ expectations.
• Manage assets, amend legal copy.
• Add, edit and remove web pages. 
• Input and develop the CMS.
• Utilise analytics to measure the performance of content and make necessary improvements.

  
The person…

• Experience with multiple forms of content management systems.
• Experienced in delivering content across multiple forms of content, text, images, and video.
• Confident to read and write HTML
• Basic working knowledge of SEO, ideal but not essential
• People person, able to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues and comfortably manage expectations, and challenge what is been asked if necessary.
• Organised, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional writing skills.
