DMCG Global is currently seeking for an experienced Sales Manager /Client Manager with a Proven Track Record in Cloud Services to join a brand new division of an established digital business in the Middle East.
 
This is an opportunity to join an established and well-funded company and develop a new arm of the business across the UAE.
 
The successful candidate should be well versed in Cloud Sales and have a proven track record or selling into SMB’s.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products and services.
  • Provide customers and potential customers within the allocated sales area with information about company products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized in the area.
  • Carry out or commission surveys of customer satisfaction to identify the scope for improvements in product quality and service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective communications with new and existing customers to negotiate contracts that contribute to corporate objectives.
  • Promote and represent the interests of the company at senior levels, including to central and local government, key customers, the voluntary sector, and commercial and trade organizations.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers so that any major change in credit status can be reported to the appropriate manager for action.
  • Oversee the provision of the service desk to customers experiencing difficulties with company products or services.
  • Conduct presentations to existing and potential customers in support of the sales function.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities.
  • Keep customers and sales staff informed of any potential problems or likely delays to the completion of quotations.
  • Arrange visits and hospitality for customers and others to promote the image of the company and its products.
  • Develop and maintain key contacts in national accounts to ensure the maintenance of good long-term relationships and to maximize sales of company products.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their requirements.
  • Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays.
  • Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure that they are provided with all necessary technical support.
Attitude, Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing, Cloud deployment models, and hosting services.
  • Understand the cloud competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our Cloud services.
  • Knowledge in infrastructure & security services and solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Sales experience in IT Infrastructure services and solutions.
  • General understanding of computer networks/systems architecture and features.
  • Sales, Leadership & Account Management Skills.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven Track Record in UAE market.
