The Role

This role is part technology strategist, part business analyst and part product owner. It is a great opportunity to make a mark on an amazing brand and drive significant change across global marketing strategy, delivery and operations.
Responsibilities
Implementing an omnichannel marketing strategy to drive personalised marketing
Getting under the skin of existing business processes and operations
Being the go-to-person for all technology knowledge for agency and client teams
Taking the lead on designing and running engaging client workshops
Undertaking requirements capture in a focused, structured way
Managing solution prioritisation, ensuring stakeholders understand constraints
Creating or contributing to the creation of business process models and workflows
Performing technical audits of client infrastructure, teams and processes
Delivering gap analyses against proposed technologies
Defining vendor and platform recommendations
Creating client presentations to communicate agency recommendations
Creating design documentation and implementation / configuration recommendations
Assisting technology and engineering teams to create the go-live product
Maintaining a strong relationship with client stakeholders and technology specialists
Requirements
Experience of working with Veeva CRM
Experience of working with Adobe AEM, Adobe Campaign and other Adobe platforms
A strong understanding of digital technology, systems integration and implementation
Experience with omnichannel technologies including data platforms and automation
An interest in digital innovation, emerging technologies and industry trends
An interest in honing processes and evaluating new tools
A background in a digital technology or business analysis
Strong written skills for presentation and written report creation
Strong client presentation skills (this is a client facing role)
Previous consultancy, agency or corporate experience is preferred
A background in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
