Senior Business Analyst

DMCG Global is looking for a Techno-FunctionalBusiness Analyst to help our client with the optimization and implementation of ETRM system architecture using agile and start-up mindset ways of working.
 
You will provide technical business analysis by giving direction on development, design, user interface, technology integration, and system architecture to realize ground-breaking technology solutions for our client. You’ll be working with our client working alongside technology, UX/UI design, and product team to provide technical solution design support. We are looking for talent currently based in Singapore.

Your Impact:

• Defining business and functional requirements to determine how to measure business results, model current/future business processes, gather technical requirements and identify the organizational changes required for solution architecture

• Defining project scope and capturing all requirements - risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies

• Conducting workshops and client meetings to translate business requirements into system design

• Supporting sprint planning and identify features and stories to be implemented

• Delivery of process flow mapping across functional & non-functional epics/stories mapped to macro-level journeys and regulatory issues

• Articulate technology-based solutions, present in new business situations and workshops, and sometimes navigate complex client situations

• Be the first point of contact to identify, manage and resolve requirement questions, dependencies, issues and risks with the onshore and offshore team and business

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years’ experience in delivering complex business or technology solutions, from solution design to end-to-end system implementation

• E/CTRM project implementation and delivery experience with Endur

• Business and functional requirement gathering with technical knowledge of database system SQL, NoSQL, My SQL etc

• Must have cloud experience

• Good understanding end to end process flow in physical commodity, trading or banking industry

• Experience with agile processes and understand of tools like Jira, Confluence and Visio

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams developing business and systems requirements, user interface design and prototyping, data modelling, and system design
