Social Media Specialist

Client
Our client is a leading national online retailer with a strong e-commerce presence across various different lifestyle categories. They are now looking to super charge their marketing team with the addition of a Social Media Specialist to help optimise their paid campaigns.

 
Scope
As Social Media Specialist you will manage, test, scale, and optimise campaigns across a range of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok. As well as being on the tools, you will be responsible for creating the strategy which will involve analysing data and insights across existing campaigns to make informed decisions to optimise existing social campaigns.
 
You will be surrounded by an experienced team of marketers which will include the Digital Marketing Manager, E-Commerce lead and other social experts specialising in content, and influencers partnerships.
 
 
Successful Applicants
The ideal candidate will be a driven and deeply connected and up to date to changes to algorithms of all major social platforms listed above.
 

• 2+ years experience in a dedicated Facebook / Social Paid Advertising role
• Hands on experience in building high performing Facebook Ad campaigns with proven ROAS (examples welcomed)
• Experience and expert level use of Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience in producing/coordinating content for social campaigns, primarily across Facebook
• Ability to successfully manage multiple paid social media campaigns across several different brands and extensive product range.
• Demonstrated experience in curating new audiences and building upon existing
