DMCG Global welcomes Richard Parr as new Recruitment Partner to our Perth office in Australia. Richard will play an important part of the specialist recruitment team, bringing with him over 10 years of recruitment experience across the technology and digital infrastructure space. His knowledge and connections stem from managing teams in fortune 500 companies and tech agencies across the globe, these include NTT, Dreamscape Networks and Dimension Data.

His latest role as Recruitment GM for LH Global, successfully led to a significant number of senior digital placements across the world, and now, with DMCG Global he will have the opportunity to share his recruitment success with the wider group.

Commenting on his new appointment, Richard said,

‘I've never been more excited to be join a business as I am no stranger to working with Allen Smith, who is one of the DMCG Global Co-Founders. It was Allen who sourced my very first role in the tech industry back in 2008 (Bet that makes him feel old). Safe to say we have both come full circle and are grateful to be working together again. Richard specialises in recruiting for global technical teams from early-stage start-ups to multimillion-dollar mining projects. He notes his ‘success in recruitment comes from a past career in Network Engineering’ this helped his knowledge of the sector, which is greatly appreciated by his clients, as he knows what to look out for in specialist talent.
