I joined DMCG Global because I wanted to be in a recruitment space where relationships matter more than just transactions of sending CVs. I wanted to be surrounded with leaders that motivate, empower and are able to empathise. DMCG holds similar values to me where, as recruiters we are also career catalysts that are able to bring positive values to people's lives.
