Why did you join DMCG Global?

I joined DMCG Global because it allows me to focus 100% on what I do best — building brilliant teams and long-term relationships in the PR and comms space without getting bogged down in the back office.

Through The Shortlist, my boutique consultancy, I work with just five clients at a time to deliver a high-touch, quality-first recruitment experience. DMCG’s platform gives me the freedom and flexibility to run my business my way, while benefiting from the infrastructure and support of a wider network. It’s the ideal setup to stay intentional, hands-on, and human for both the businesses I support and the talent I champion.

Area of specialism?

I specialise in recruiting PR and communications professionals across Singapore and the wider APAC region. I work with both agencies and in-house teams, covering a broad range of disciplines from consumer, lifestyle and luxury to corporate, technology, financial, CEO advisory, public affairs, and internal comms.

My experience spans roles at all levels, and I’ve supported a mix of independent agencies, global networks, and corporates across various industries.

Number of years' experience in your specialism?

I’ve been recruiting in the PR and comms space in Singapore for over 10 years now. In that time, I’ve worked with some of the region’s best-known agencies and in-house teams, helping them build strong, thoughtful teams and navigate all kinds of people challenges.

It’s a space I know really well and I love being able to connect great talent with the right opportunities and cultures.

If not DMCG Global, what would you be doing?

I’d still be running The Shortlist building it slowly and intentionally, just with a lot more time spent on admin! Partnering with DMCG Global gives me the best of both worlds: the freedom to grow my business on my own terms, and the backing of a network that handles the operational side so I can focus on what I do best supporting clients and candidates in the PR and comms world.
