The Candidate
This Account Director should have a broad skillset within the Agency. They must be adaptable and flexible. They must be able to listen and understand. They must be precise and detailed. The energy and passion they radiate must be infectious. They are direct support to business leads and the reliable and accountable rock on which they depend.
 
The general role of the Account Director is to ensure that projects are done according to agreed client specification. To ensure follow up and documentation of all work so that the projects can effectively serve the role for which they are produced. As a skill set, they must have very strong client servicing experience, strong planning and strategy experience and a solid understanding of digital, mainly social and content.
 
You will already be an Account Director within a creative agency. Ideally, you will have enjoyed working across a wide variety of projects but will have a particular passion for Digital. You will need to have a proactive approach and a demonstrable track record of amazing client service.
 
The Role

  • The Account Director is the face to the client.
  • They ensure all clients receive quality customer care.
  • They manage all aspects of his projects, from estimating costs, managing budgets, and writing reports for the clients and agency management team.
  • The Account Director cultivates a good working relationship with other departments.
  • They attend business meetings from time to time.
  • They coordinate activities between traffic, studio and the creative team.
  • They liaise with clients and keeps them updated with progress reports, post clearance from his manager
