Account Director

DMCG Global is looking for an Account Director for a top PR and communication agency. The position will be based in the Dubai.
 
The Role

• The Account Director is the face to the client and should ensure all clients receive quality customer care
• They manage all aspects of his projects, from estimating costs, managing budgets, and writing reports for the clients and agency management team
• They are responsible for managing account and clients
• They attend business meetings from time to time
• They have to understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
• They liaise with clients and keeps them updated with progress reports, post clearance from his manager and also resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust

Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the same field, preferably in a PR agency
• Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace and high stress environment
• Drive and ambition
• Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software
