What You'll Do: As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, fostering strong relationships with team members, clients, underwriters, and industry professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, retaining, and expanding our client portfolio.
- Crafting and presenting comprehensive insurance program proposals.
- Delivering a consistently high level of client service.
- Playing a crucial role in debtor control and renewal reviews.
- Navigating new business inquiries and overseeing claims liaison.
- Staying informed about industry developments and compliance.
- Championing marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
What We're Looking For: Your success in this role will be driven by your skills and attributes:
- Proven Expertise: You hold ASIC RG146 Tier 1 and have a solid grasp of Privacy Legislation and the General Insurance Brokers Code of Practice.
- Desirable Skills: A Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and Allianz Product training are advantageous.
- Self-Starter: Your ability to work autonomously shines, as does your initiative in taking on new challenges.
