You will be working with fortune 500 clients and start-up businesses to deliver communication campaigns that have an impact and create influence, you will use multi-discipline, data-driven, and strategic approaches to develop creative storytelling with award-winning PR, content marketing, and social media amplification
  
As an Account Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the management of relationships with clients, and as the point of contact for our customers, you will also be required to coordinate the resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans and balance client expectations with the execution of creative work.
Key Responsibilities
Client

  • Manage the clients’ relationships always ensuring a high level of service and delivery.

  • Support agency new business and growth strategy in creating plans, budgets and proactively seeking out new business/ organic growth opportunities.

Internal Process

  • The main point of contact on the status of your accounts for management.

  • Lead weekly department status meetings monitoring project delivery and profitability.

  • Help to develop and follow agency processes to ensure efficient client delivery.

Financial

  • Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved.

  • Plan, develop and defend budget recommendations, work goals, and measurements to provide both quality and profitable service to clients.
