Account Manager

Our client is a Brisbane based agency with a core expertise in retail performance. Partnering with some of most exciting retail brands, we are looking for a National Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will work exclusively with a national retail brand, responsible for all client relationships and communications.
  
A bit more about the role:

• 3+ years of experience in an agency environment or similar client' side role
• Previous experience or understanding of retail industry is a big plus
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients and partners
• Confident communication skills. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• You are as passionate about the process as you are about being part of delivering a finished product.
• You are detail oriented and extremely organised and have strong empathy for the client (experience being a client a plus)
• You have a solid understanding of marketing and an interest in retail and consumer trends.

  
Preferred experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years in an AM or Marketing Strategist role
• Proven experience in supporting Account Management functions
• Experience working with retail & franchise clients is preferred
• Confident and articulate presenter
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding time management and priority-setting skills
• Familiar with agency work processes and systems
