This is a great opportunity for a solo Art Director to join an established B2B ad agency (and part of an agency network). We are working with the Head of Creative to find a brilliant creative mind to join the growing team In London.

The agency's client base is broad: including property, travel, tech, electronics and professional bodies and the work is great - already pushing boundaries creatively to reach the right audience - and it's backed up by great data and research insights, all at your fingertips.
You'll be hungry to push for the best work - this is the role for someone for whom art directing and ideating is not hard work - you'll be excited about the idea and the insight and problem-solving piece. You'll also be excited about joining a a business as it grows and changes and helping to drive that change.

Reporting to the CD you will work closely together and alongside writers and designers. He believes in leading from the front and rolling his sleeves up, is a transparent communicator, fair and positive and believes in nurturing talent.

THE ROLE and PERSON:
This is role for an achingly curious, mid-weight, Art Director with a folio of work that shows compelling concepts that work across any media.
You will be someone who wants to push boundaries in terms of where and how ideas play out.
As the London team is relatively small but growing, this is an opportunity to help build the creative reputation, output and the department.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a diverse range of people. We have a whole team full of clever Copywriters, Designers, Planners and Media people for you to work with.
The CD is an enabler of great ideas and, as the agency believe in promoting from within, this is a great opportunity for career growth.
You have great energy and a passion for the craft of advertising and design.
You are a natural collaborator - with others from Strategy, Media and the wider team.
You are comfortable presenting work internally and sometimes with clients.
You love technology and data and how it helps you create more meaningful work.
You will be great with Adobe CC and happy to produce pitch-worthy visuals.
