Art Director

We are working with a leading independent Creative Agency in Brisbane who are looking for an Art Director to join their team. 
  
  
In this role you will form one half of a creative team who’ll help the agency power through a period of growth and beyond. 
  
  
You will bring: 

• A knack for generating top-quality work built off insight and executed with a distinct passion for your craft
• A versatility and tenacity to work across many clients, adapting to varying styles, within tight timeframes and budgets
• A hunger to create award-winning work that you can own
• An ‘easy-as’ mindset to help out with whatever is required
• A team player, invested in projects end-to-end

  
As an applicant you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of agency experience as an art director and a portfolio of your best work
• Ability to display experience with ideation for brand, integrated campaigns and full campaign work
• Robust ideation and conceptual abilities
• A multi-channelled mindset
• High-level attention to detail
• Keen time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
