Associate Director, Data Analytics

DMCG Global is exclusively working with a global communications and media agency for an Associate Data Analytics Director based in their Hong Kong office. The agency is breaking through with their leadership, creativity and innovation. They are working with the world’s leading brands - from luxury, retail, & beauty to F&B, tech, and financial institutions. They have over 100 offices worldwide and over 6,500 employees.
 
We are looking for an Associate Data Analytics Director who has a passion for driving data and digital media. If you have the drive to lead and support the data team, can unpack and create insights and analysis into practical drivers and innovative recommendations for clients, then you might be what our client needs.
 
You must have at least 8 years of experience working in a media, advertising, PR, or market research agency. You should have a strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. You can lead and manage a team of data analysts and insights You should be familiar digital analytics tools and data analytical tools such as with SQL, SPSS, and R. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the team and with clients at different levels.
