Associate Strategy Director

DMCG Global is looking to identify a talented Associate Strategy Director to join one of the world’s most progressive, exciting and fast paced CPG / FMCG design and brand agencies for their growing New York City office.
 
Our client is a well-known CPG / FMCG design and brand agency with studio’s in the USA, Europe and Asia. Collectively they are around 250 strong, with NYC being 50. Plans are to double in the next 12-24 months as they are currently enjoying unrivalled success, despite C-19.
 
The current Strategy team stands at 4. As our clients Associate Strategy Director you will report into the Head of Strategy but be responsible for running your own projects, workshops and have 100% freedom and autonomy to develop the most exciting strategic solutions imaginable. Working hand in hand with some of the best strategists, designers and client service team imaginable this is a brilliant opportunity for a talented Associate Strategy Director, or perhaps Senior Strategist stepping up to excel.
 
The ideal Associate Strategy Director will be working at, or have worked at, a leading brand and design agency and have a solid understanding of CPG / FMCG in their folio. You must be based in the USA for this role due to the current climate. This Associate Strategy Director can come from a wider integrated solutions agency, but it is imperative that you understand and love design.
 
Culture is as important as experience. We are looking for an Associate Strategy Director who is both confident and opinionated, but has the ability to listen and mentor.
