They have a variety of products tailor-made to service different NFP industries and they're now looking for a passionate BA who can continue their product growth.
The Role
This Business Analyst role has quite a broad scope, from documenting digital transformational needs of clients, liaising with client engagement team and project delivery team to ensure that the client's needs are understood and delivered. You will play a pivotal client-facing role while working closely with your internal teams. You will be responsible for:

This Business Analyst role has quite a broad scope, from documenting digital transformational needs of clients, liaising with client engagement team and project delivery team to ensure that the client's needs are understood and delivered. You will play a pivotal client-facing role while working closely with your internal teams. You will be responsible for:
- Documenting Executive Summaries, Business Plans, User stories, Acceptance criteria etc
- Proactive issue identification
- Acting as a client advocate to the project delivering team
- Project planning including - cost estimation, needs gathering, commercial negotiation and issue identification and prioritising business-critical project elements
The Right Candidate
While you've got the skills and experience it matters that we find someone passionate about using their talent for good. Culture and values are massive!
That said some of the key skills and experience we're looking for are:
- Strong industry experience as a Business Analyst or in a consulting position
- Experience working in a software/tech company
- Strong client management/account management skills
- Project management experience (able to deliver projects on time, on budget and meet requirements)
Bonus skills for you to stand out
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- IIBA cert
- Agile Software Development Life Cycle
