Our client, a leading digital performance marketing agency seeks a Business Development Representative who will be responsible to develop and grow new businesses with a focus on enterprise-level clients across Germany.
You will be a part of a team that is fueled by creativity and building world-class digital marketing solutions for some of the biggest brands. The work covers a wide range of digital marketing disciplines including SEO, content strategy, Blog Strategies, Email Marketing, etc and as well as Enterprise-to-Local methodology.

Responsibilities
- Research, identify, prospect, contact, and assist in the selling of digital solutions to prospects across Germany
- Drive awareness & leads via Search Engine Marketing, Social, Display, Video, Mobile Advertising, Brand Content Solutions and Social Media Marketing
- Work closely with Business Development Senior Manager, Account Team, and other management team members throughout the sales cycle
- Daily and ongoing maintenance/upkeep of sales activity data in required systems and databases (i.e., CRM)
- Represent the client in sales-related external functions and events as required. Subject to change due to COVID-19
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in business development/sales development/digital marketing/lead qualification or inside sales
- Candidates with experience in client services in an advertising agency would be preferred
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing concepts including PPC, social media marketing, display advertising, retargeting, etc
- Understanding of content strategy and creation
- Experience doing market and customer research
- Advanced in English and Native-level proficiency in German is a must
- An autonomous, self-starter with a passion for Sales & Marketing
- Experience with a CRM tool such as HubSpot, or Salesforce (preferred)
- Proficiency with the MS suite of applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
