Client Partner

DMCG Global is looking for a Client Partner based in Dubai to join immediately. The successful candidate will report to VP Global Business Development.

The candidate will be tasked with focusing on what really matters; obsessing over the clients customers, growing our business, breaking boundaries and making a uniquely brilliant place to work. 

We are looking for someone who has commercial appetite and contributes value from the offset - we’re also looking for someone who can support our client as they are building business in MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing clients key accounts in Dubai & the MENA region, retaining and growing their business, quarter on quarter

• Identifying and onboarding new agency and brand clients in the Dubai & MENA

• Responding to clients briefs, RFIs, RFPs, and pitch presentations with clear and impactful proposals that win business

• Achieve monthly delivered and billed revenue targets

• Achieve monthly non-financial KPIs, including client satisfaction scores

• Maintain an accurate sales forecast

• Build a strong pipeline of evaluated and fully qualified opportunities with new and existing clients

• Large progressions for growth - you’ll be a key player in the next stage of growth for the company
