The London-based digital media agency is going from strength to strength, they are currently looking for a CSD to manage a portfolio of global clients with individual annual spends more than £1 million per annum.
Your responsibilities will include delivering global projects, leading, managing, and mentoring a team of account-specific project managers, maintaining client relationships, and driving agency growth.
You will be commercially savvy as you will be managing the client P&L and providing accurate forecasts, you will need to have an in-depth understanding of the pharma and healthcare industry (including regulations).
Day to day aside from managing the clients and the team you will be reviewing services offered and proactively reviewing initiatives, advising clients on new services, identifying trends and opportunities for clients, working with freelancers, and coordinating service delivery, ensuring contractual terms are delivered.

The Person
- Solid experience in digital marketing, inhouse or agency
- Desirable healthcare experience/ regulatory experience
- Proven experience of growing and managing global clients’ accounts with spends in excess of £1 mill
- Experience in working with global teams across different time zones, working collaboratively
- Strong commercial acumen
- Focused on client retention and organic growth.
