Creative Director - Art Director/Design

My client is an independent agency in Amsterdam with world renowned clients and a strong reputation for international creative work. They are one of the only agencies that really hasn't slowed down during the crisis and in fact won several pieces of business in the last few months.

They are deeply involved with the craft and only the highest quality of work.
They are looking for a Creative Director/Art Director. The right candidate will have a background in design and conceptual experience and have worked at an international creative agency.

The role:

• Establish the tone, character, and messages that will successfully fulfil the client brief the project objectives.

• Mentors the junior creative teams and designers by providing inspiring direction for both projects and long-term professional growth.

• Work across a variety of project mediums: campaigns, content, digital and social.

• Works daily with the Project Manager to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.

• Participation in new business efforts (concept, execution, presentation).

• Partner with all team members to deliver amazing work for their clients. 

• Contributes to overall office morale, spirit, character and work quality.

• Report directly to the Founder.
