In this role, you’ll be spearheading the integration and implementation of a new CRM (HubSpot) and sales/support tools (Zendesk) while harnessing data to better understand the customer and lead to more acquisitions.
We’re looking for Data/Marketing hybrid - halfway between a Data analyst and Digital marketer: a CRM Data Specialist. You understand marketing, can talk the talk and walk the walk but your love for data goes beyond a traditional marketer while also having a strong emphasis on CX (Customer Experience). You know the success of the business relies on gathering, analysing and implementing data-driven insights.
You’ll be working across multiple business units (marketing, sales, infrastructure) so you’ve got experience working with key stakeholders and running business-critical projects. A few other key things that we’re after
- Strong Data expertise, analytics, integrations, interpretation and actionable data insights
- CRM expertise - implementation and management across the full customer lifecycle (Hubspot, Zendesk)
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes
- A customer-driven approach and an advocate of CX (Customer Experience) best practice
- An energetic high performer keen to sink your teeth into this project
- Ultimately someone who can establish a clear customer footprint, track it, analyse the data and offer action points to translate into new customer acquisition
