This Customer Experience (CX) Director is one who can manage our client's brands across the customer insight community. You will lead the company’s transactional surveys to monitor customers’ and salesforce’s satisfaction level across various touchpoints.
 
This Customer Experience (CX) Director will lead ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative research from design to reporting, providing consolidate and shared insights based on in-depth analysis on existing research data, internal customer data as well as secondary data to facilitate strategy development by internal stakeholders and senior management.
 
This Customer Experience (CX) Director will collaborate closely with users to understand their business needs and ensure the research projects can adequately address their needs.
 
It goes without saying that you must be smart. Tapped in to culture. Curious about people, their behaviour, both online and offline. You will ideally be fluent both in written and spoken English & Chinese
