About Our Client

The company delivers coding and robotics workshops to primary and high school students as either during or after school, school holiday or online workshops.

Scope of the Role
As Customer Success Lead or Customer Success Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional customer service and advice to a growing client base. You will passionately deliver the correct advice and recommendations on a range of products and options. This will involve helping customers resolve any issues that may arise. Depending on your skill level and enthusiasm you will be selected for a lead role and full-time permanent opportunity to stay with the company. 

Successful Applicants
The successful candidate will genuinely enjoy helping customers and resolving any issues that may arise. You will be an excellent communicator, and excel at empathising with customers. Whilst contact centre experience is highly desirable we are looking for people who bring a great energy and passion.
