The Data & Analytics Manager must implement, monitor, and manage the daily operation for Data Management Platforms. You can leverage CRM data and website data to plan and execute personalization contents and target marketing. You must be comfortable handling, monitoring, and manipulating large quantities of data using analytics tools and formulate strategies and actionable business insights and recommendations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to pilot and drive CDM projects by gathering and understanding the business requirements to our key clients.
Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline;
At least 4 years of experience in a data-driven field
Experience on R, Python, or SQL will be an advantage
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics
Knowledge in Adobe Omniture will be an advantage
Has strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the team and with clients at different levels
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Has advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (e.g. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, compound functions)
