Design Lead - Social Media (WeChat)

DMCG Global are partnering with one of China’s fastest growing social and digital agencies in 2020 to identify a new Design Lead. Our client has been growing steadily and are now in excess of 30 staff in their stunning Shanghai studio.
 
Our client is well versed in all forms of digital communication strategy and specialise in exciting, thought provoking and topical social media content for a wide range of brands – their specialism is within the luxury, retail, fashion and beauty sector.
 
DMCG Global is looking for a highly talented Design Lead to be the newest addition to their growing team. This role has come about due to increased revenue spend from committed / retained clients.
 
We are looking for a Design Lead who has around 3-6 years digital / social media creative experience. Strong exposure to the social media scene and will have worked within an agency environment before. We are looking for a hands-on Design Lead with a proven track record of thinking strategically whilst delivering excellent creative solutions to each and every client they have worked on. Experience of creating engaging and exciting social content on platforms like WeChat is a MUST.
 
This Design Lead MUST be bi-lingual. Day to day internal liaising will be done in Mandarin, but due to international nature of my client we are looking for someone who is comfortable in liaising with clients and writing proposals in English.
