Designer

We have an exciting new permanent  role for a self-sufficient designer, to work fully remote, working with the Marketing Director of a start-up games/AR/ company. 

The Marketing Director is look for design support for the business: to audit the current assets and create a brand guideline, create social content, some motion to top and tail videos, events/exhibition collateral, game covers, digital ad campaigns etc.

It's a super friendly, energetic and growing business, now a team of 22 based all over the UK. They still have a very agile, start-up mentality. The two founders have a wealth of knowledge and history with games development.  

With an app in play and another launching in May they have a roadmap for 4-5 games in development. The business and technology will be constantly evolving and the marketing designer will have an opportunity to grow in the role -. If you have an interest in game design you would be able to get involved in that.  It's a very open and supportive business with a team of 6 game designers and developers who are building the 'product’. There's also a UX/UI designer who is currently working on the website but will also be involved with the app design and interface of the games.
 
This is a permanent role, paying up to £40K. Could be t2p if someone is available to start.

An interest in games and blockchain and Web 3 would be ideal. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, good at prioritising their own work, comes with ideas, interested to work with and get the best out of the product designers when needed, someone is flexible and eager to jump across projects.
