Our client is a Brisbane based digital engagement agency, partnering with some of most iconic Australian retail brands. With some exciting developments and growing opportunities through increasing customer base and market penetration means, we are looking for Digital Account Manager. You can be based either in Brisbane or Gold Coast.
  
This role has two key components:
· Execution of existing mobile product with Business to Business and Partner clients
· Execute our digital communication, client education and client engagement strategies.
  
A bit more about ideal candidate:
· Be absolutely customer delivery focused
· A great client relationship manager
· Have high attention to detail and a focus on achieving outcomes
· Have exposure to or a demonstrated understanding of marketing; digital and/or media spaces.
· Ideally some capability or experience in managing digital communication and engagement through social media and e-marketing would be a distinct advantage.
· You will become an integral part of innovative online technology and training company with has a great culture and thrives on continual change and innovation.
· Responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support to the sales team and sales partners, implementing new client set up, developing innovative execution ideas, training and educating clients and partners on product use and new development and supporting existing clients’ needs. You will also focus on delivery of digital communication and engagement for the company's product.
  
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Excellent implementation of product delivery through training and ideas, engagement and support.
· Support product growth through developing engaging marketing materials to drive product understanding and use
· Ensuring great communication through driving proactive communication amongst internal and external stakeholders and customers.
· Ensuring order through developing and implementing effective systems delivery
· Anything else to help the team: testing apps; helping customers.
· Coming up with great new ideas and ways to do things better...we love them
