Digital Art Director

We are looking for a Digital Art Director for our client who is an international advertising agency.
 
The Job position is based in Dubai, UAE.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the conception, design, and execution of digital visuals to be used in online advertising, digital marketing, and even print advertising. You’ll probably be in charge of a small, collaborative group of Designers, and it will be your job as Digital Art Director to guide their technical and creative contributions.
 
The candidate needs to be passionate about creating highly intuitive, beautifully crafted ideas across web, mobile apps and social media platforms. Also must have strong experience across a range of mediums including digital, social, integrated and sometimes even traditional.
 
Below mentioned are few of job responsibilities:

• Create visual language for quick-turn objectives as well as larger campaigns both for clients and internal projects.
• Principally lead and direct all aesthetic decisions; be ready to back them up with solid thinking.
• Create a design workflow and direct workflow for all digital projects.
• Design independently as well as collaborate with our broader team of designers, developers, copywriters, creative directors, UX designers and production teams.
• Join strategic concept meetings for new and existing business opportunities.
