Digital Design Lead, Design Director or ready to make the move up?

This top London creative /ad agency have been through a period of exciting change and have recently won a significant piece of new business. The are working with DMCG Global to find a top digital design lead. You will work across various clients but specifically on this new business win - which is a media/tech client.

This is time for a  big launch and an opportunity for someone with strong eye for producing brand-led digital design work Your folio will show great work with some big brand names, showing your capability to work with guidelines and push creativity and evidence of good CX experience. Your work will show work across a broad range of digital touchpoints such as: advertising, email, MMS, RCS, social, websites, apps and marketing automation platforms.

Do you have a passion for great work and do you keep on top of an ever-changing digital landscape? The agency is looking to optimise customer engagement using the latest digital platforms, media channels, and tools and techniques so your enthusiasm and passion for the best work will be drawn upon every day.
 
A natural collaborator, you'll be working closely with a cross-discipline client team, working on briefs with strategists, creative teams, account and project management.
 
We are looking for someone who can push to drive more innovation through great design thinking whilst managing a team and keeping the pace and quality of work high.

Is this you?

  • Experience of working with the latest software and applications to design and develop digital solutions

  • Excellent knowledge of Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects

  • You’ll have worked across a range of digital touchpoints, designing and creating a suite of digital assets

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design that is creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards

  • Take ideas from concept to execution to deliver an effective user experience

  • A strong portfolio of work clearly showing your amazing design work 

  • Able to work on multiple projects and manage your own time
