Seeking a Digital Experience Strategist to join a leading Digital Agency in Brisbane, working with Tier 1 National and International Brands. 


Responsibilities in the role: 
 
Research
Set-up, oversee and assist in the execution of quantitative and qualitative research activities including but not limited to;
Technical Audit, Integration Audit, Google Analytics Audit, Marketing Audits, Goal Tree Development, Baseline of important metrics, Discovery Session, Data Analysis, Website Architecture, Customer Intent Analysis, Net Promoter, Score Competitor Analysis, User Videos, Heat Mapping, Usability Interview Sessions, EEG Neuro Analysis, User Experience Review.
  
Hypothesis Development
Pool results from all data sources to construct informed and high-quality hypotheses that suggest solutions to remove specific blockers and/or enhance persuasive signals for users.
   
Ideation
Develop solutions to the stated hypothesis via documentation and low fidelity design.
 
Strategy Development
Analyse customer journeys
Create a Conversion Strategy
 
Post Test Analysis
Completion of post test analysis based on test results via Google Analytics.
Report to clients and internal stakeholders on the progress and results of experiments.
Use experiment results to create and refine future testing hypotheses that aim to further improve user experience. 
 
Account Management 
Run account meetings
Relationship Management

 Project Management 
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget
Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders and coordinate teams including; clients, analysts, UX designers and developers
Maintain internal systems being; testing plans, proworkflow and revenue projections


 
About You: 

  • Deep understanding of Digital Marketing with at least one specialty area from either; CRO, Analytics, UX Design, Web Development, SEO, PPC, Social, etc
  • Proven experience in consistently delivering exceptional conversion rate and/or order value performance improvements for ecommerce and non-ecommerce businesses
  • Knowledge of segmentation and personalisation principles and how they can be applied to web properties to improve UX
  • Experience in interpreting conversion test results and using them to make sound recommendations for improving the performance of web properties
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Data analysis and data manipulation skills, including MS Excel or
    Google sheets
  • Sound understanding of qualitative and quantitative research tactics
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or high volume
    Ecommerce retailer
  • Experience in presenting pitches/proposals and reports to internal team and clients
  • Ability to surmise and provide succinct reverse briefs
  • Experience in creating innovative and elegant solutions to conversion
    issues and/or opportunities
  • Deep understanding of Web technology and Martech solutions
