Our client is a global F&B tech business. The company has a number of exciting projects in the pipeline and therefore presents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be covering three key areas. Firstly, they will be accountable for managing all channels of external marketing communications for consumer products. They will lead the company’s PR strategy development and execution. Finally, they will also take charge of all aspects of the companies digital marketing strategy.
Ownership, development, and execution of the companies digital marketing strategy.
Full ownership of the content and customer journey of the company’s website.
Map the digital capabilities to strategic priorities by serving as a key stakeholder for digital process innovation.
Track and analyse digital traffic flow and digital key performance indicators, and use the resulting analysis to drive continual improvement of the digital journey.
Develop and manage the PR strategy and all associates programs including advertising, brand awareness and public affairs campaigns.
Manage third party supplier relationships & budgets including advertising, social and PR agencies.
Develop and implement SEO and social media strategy.
The right candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience setting up and leading successful digital marketing campaigns for a leading F&B tech business across the globe. On top of this, they will have proven experience managing relationships with communication, advertising, and social agencies. This person will also have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing teams.
Skills & Qualifications
10-15+ years experience specializing in digital marketing, marketing & PR within the F&B or FMCG industry (not essential).
Proven track record of developing successful online & mobile marketing strategy, with an excellent understanding of SEO & Social Media.
Strong understanding of measuring and looking at the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Previous experience working with communication, advertising and digital agencies.
Experience of P&L, product and campaign management.
The ability to manage and lead teams in a unique multi-cultural environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop people.
Ability to impact and influence upwards and sideways in a multi-matrix environment.
