This position is at one of Queensland's leading Digital Agencies. Working within a wide array of client industries, providing digital solutions that achieve measurable results. Office located on the Gold Coast, but the role is a mix of WFH and in office, to best suit you. 
  
  
The Position:
  
The main purpose of the Digital Campaign Manager position is to be responsible for the strategy, ongoing management, optimisation and execution of multiple digital marketing strategies in your assigned portfolio, meeting business and brand goals.
    
Key Responsibilities:
  
● Work with the broader strategy team to create, review and implement digital
strategies for clients.
● Implementation of and content creation for digital campaigns across a range of platforms including (but not limited to): Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising.
● Analysis of data (from Universal Analytics & in-platform metrics) to continually optimise and improve client campaigns.
● Ongoing review of strategy of all clients to maintain relevancy of campaigns.
● Efficiently produce clear and concise reports that clients understand and value.
● Be involved in discovery sessions with new clients to establish objectives and metrics.
● Planning out and implementing conversion tracking to align with and support campaign KPIs.
● Create trusted relationships with clients through transparent conversations, regular communication and incredible results.
● Oversee the scheduling of all client retainer and project tasks, to ensure on-time and
efficient delivery.
● Oversee all strategy digital retainer client budgets within your portfolio.
● Identify gaps in account performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  
  
About You:
  
● 2+ years experience in a similar role within a digital agency.
● Proven track record in the development of strategic marketing plans, social strategy, understanding the needs of consumers and target audiences.
● Hands-on implementation and optimisation experience of digital campaigns across a range of Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Marketing platforms including (but not limited to): Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising.
● Experience in creating digital/social strategy, communications and content development.
● Proactive and self-motivated, highly curious, collaborative and digital/social thinker.
● Effective interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
● Analytical skills to identify risks and solve any problems which may arise.
● Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
● Superior written and verbal communication, organisational, and project management
skills.
● Calm and tactful under pressure, able to juggle many tasks at once.
