Experience & Innovation Lead

DMCG Global is on the hunt for a superstar Experience & Innovation Lead to join one of the world's most respected digital agencies based in Bangkok.
 
This Experience & Innovation Lead will bring innovative customer experiences across the customer journey to life using journey planning as the backbone and data as the compass you will partner closely with head of strategy and ECD to develop new concepts, creative ideas and solutions across the journey utilizing your unique combination of creativity, technology and strategic thinking.
 
As my client's Experience & Innovation Lead, your work is grounded in the development of end to end customer journeys powered by data, insight and customer empathy to feed into the strategic planning and creative processes.
 
You will come up with new ideas and experiences across the journey and rapidly prototype them for proof of concept and consumer response. You will also drive new solutions and partnerships to help enable the delivery of these experiences. As a part of the role you will also be working with the local market teams, running innovation sessions and bringing fresh new perspective to help the local markets come up with more innovative solutions. 
 
We are looking for someone who has experience in journey mapping and experience planning with a proven understanding of tech side solutions. A creative ability to ideate novel concepts and solutions, with a solid understanding of new forms of innovations (e.g. AI, machine learning, Internet of things, connectivity services, VR/AR)
 
Our client is strategic, so having a strategic mindset, with the intent of creating both customer and business impact through everything you do is KEY.
 
Ideally you will be coming from a leading agency and have a folio that excites across UX / UI / Product and Visual Design. A background in development would be awesome.
