DMCG Global is delighted to be partnering exclusively with one of the worlds most recognized Tech brands to help identify a "Field Marketing Specialist” for their regional office based in Tokyo Japan for a leading tech business building great technology.
 
We're looking for candidates that has demonstrated a track record of managing and delivering marketing programs on time, and on budget. You will also be comfortable with changing priorities and responsibilities. 
 
We're looking for good problem solvers, to help grow user adoption and simultaneously help grow brand, presence in the region.
 
In this role you will have an impact on the success of our Japan sales region. As our organisation changes and grows, you will assist the Japan field marketing manager to execute programs to help generate pipeline and accelerate customer adoption. This is a great opportunity for an eager field marketer or project manager interested in jumping on board with one of the fastest growing companies in the big data space.
 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Help execute regional marketing plans aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets

  • Deliver integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty with customer and prospect organisations. Programs include events, third party event sponsorships, executive events, hands-on workshops and more to showcase customer success and demonstrate the value o to support new customer acquisition and expansion

  • Project manage translation requests

  • Track program results, measure program success, and report metrics via SFDC

  • Collaborate with marketing channels – partner marketing, product marketing, online, social, customer references and others to integrate field programs into customer buyer’s journey

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE

  • Minimum of 5 years marketing, preferably field marketing experience

  • Minimum 3 years marketing in B2B software

  • Passion for learning, passion for new and emerging technology trends

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Used Salesforce.com plan online, offline and email campaigns and track effectiveness

  • Managed event logistics from planning through follow-up

  • A good eye for editing and proofreading

  • Used Eloqua or similar software to execute email programs and track effectiveness

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent command of English and Native Japanese
