DMCG Global is looking for Hong Kong based Frontend Web Developer that is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects and manage a team of junior developers.
Responsibilities
To lead the development of front-end projects according to the approved specification and pre-determined standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WCAG, etc.), taking ownership of delivery and success of web development projects
Work closely with Account servicing team to propose technically possible digital solution and follow through the development and production of final digital deliverable
To ensure your projects are completed according to the agreed budget and schedule, and to liaise with internal project leaders on any anticipated variations in the technical specification, schedule or cost
To produce quality technical documentation
To develop and apply appropriate testing procedures to ensure that the software performs correctly. In particular to ensure that software meets any cross-browser requirements laid down in the Technical Specification
To identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies that could be beneficial to the business and to continuously monitor development standards, release processes and support procedures
Responsibilities:
At least 3 years experience in frontend web development and maintenance
Knowledge in handling multiple programming language
Web Application - HTML, JQuery, JavaScript and CSS
Knowledge in responsive and adaptive web development
At least familiar with one of MVVM frameworks (Angular/React/Vue)
Familiar with Git for source control
Knowledge in common design patterns
Knowledge of modern frontend system architecture
Experience in server control / setting will be advantage
Fluent in verbal and written communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
