Global Data & MarTech lead is s a new role for the company and will play a pivotal part in their future growth ambitions.
  
Taking center stage in creating the perfect customer experience, Data and Martech are playing a key part in building the marketing strategy, you will be sitting at the heart of the team and will be paramount to building and achieving current and future growth.
  
You will be comfortable in leveraging the current data and martech capabilities as well as identifying, understanding, and embracing future opportunities and challenges within this space. You will be responsible for creating a roadmap within data and martech to keep the company at the forefront of innovations within the digital media, effectiveness, and measurement space.
  
The role…
Will report into the Global Marketing Director
  • Create data and martech roadmap for the global marketing team.
  • Maintain current data and martech infrastructure to ensure that it is delivering as it should.
  • Own relationship with martech providers.
  • Be the link for all data and martech requests between marketing, product, and development.
  • Manage the process of scoping, briefing, and delivery of all requirements for the department.
  
The Person…
  • You will have experience working for a global consumer-focused organisation.
  • You will have a deep understanding of Data and Martech technologies covering campaign management, customer engagement, marketing automation tools.
  • You will be experienced in managing teams and working with global company leaders.
  • Google marketing platform experience across SA360, GA360, DV360…
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex martech solutions.
  
  
This role is based in the UK and therefore you will need to be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK. A Hybrid/Flexi working model is currently in place.
