DMCG Global is Looking for a Head of Ecommerce for our client company who is leading partner for luxury brands across Middle east.
 
Job location is Dubai, UAE
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for
  • Cross-functional collaboration to manage and direct all aspects of the ecommerce business, including
- Building a strategy, planning, developing, and executing content plans;
- Overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns;
- Monitoring performance analytics, website traffic, and product performance;
  • Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects
  • Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing.
Candidate requirements would be
  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
  • Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects
  • Experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce depending on your focus
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability
  • Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
  • Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
