Role Overview
As their growth continues, they seek a Head of Growth who is equally effective as a new business generator and team leader. The ideal candidate is energetic, engaging and can drive the new business function; orchestrating processes and capabilities that deliver continuous growth. You are hands on leader, with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and an entrepreneurial spirit. A self-starter, you are skilled in collaborating and marshalling teams across multiple entities, with executives and leaders in business development/growth. An important component of success is partnering with their group companies in securing client wins for the enterprise. You will apply and expand your expertise with integrated solutions in the content, media, data and e-comm spaces, domestically and internationally. Initially you will lead a team of three with the expectation of growing this team in parallel with new business growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate, qualify, and close new prospects across a range of verticals and industries
  • Drive growth by generating and delivering against existing relationships as create new opportunities
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence where you effortlessly establish trust and credibility with internal stakeholders, clients and prospects for whom you will be a trusted advisor
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy; including shaping and advancing the vision as well as build a team that fuels success for the group and the function
  • Skilled in harnessing and synthesizing ideas and opportunities and representing these in flawless materials and presentations
  • Maintain and elevate presence and impact at relevant events and engagements
  • Experienced and well grounded in the Tech industry; demonstrating knowledge and expertise with digital, media and integrated clients and businesses as well as savvy with tech tools
  • Be a hands-on leader, fully engaged with your team to deliver processes and practices that consistently achieve successful outcomes
 
 
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years business development experience, ideally with global Fortune 500 clients in digital business, eCommerce and digital marketing. Most recently a leadership role in new business; end to end with a high percentage of success
  • Skilled with Salesforce
