£100K to 120K depending on experience
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client who is an international Communications and Marketing consultancy that specialise in the financial and professional services sector. It is essential you have worked in an agency before.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5, including mentoring and motivating to upskill skills and knowledge
• Recommend and implement procedures, policies and standards to improve the quality and efficiency delivered to their clients
• Manage practice P&L
• Develop and initiate new business opportunities
• Contribute to the development of a marketing plan that delivers a pipeline of lead

 
Who you are

• You will come from a B2B background with commercial marketing experience 
• Proven experience working with either Fintech, Financial Services or Professional Services
• Able to demonstrate managing and growing a profitable practice
• Strong team leader and able to interface with the wider business
• A creative thinker with strong problem solving skills
• Able to work along side the communications side of the business is essential
• Degree qualified
• Agency experience
