  • Seasoned product executive with 10+ years-experience ideally in a multiplatform digital environment.
  • Experience acting as the steward for an E2E product strategy for an entire organization.
  • Demonstrated success in executing a product vision and strategy. Experience launching new products and transforming legacy products to generate new revenue streams and drive positive ROI.
  • Experience in engaging and evangelizing product and domain area with external customers and partners in large forums.
  • Experience defining and executing strategic growth initiatives in large distributed organizations with quantified results for customers and the business through constant learning and experimentation.
  • Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a strong ability to execute and deliver bottom line results.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate data streams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated blend of strategic thought leadership, analytical skills, creativity, and effective communication to consistently motivate and influence key stakeholders.

How you will lead
 
The Head of Product, eCommerce will be responsible for defining and executing on all aspects of the product management strategy from inception to delivery to drive eCommerce solutions as a new business. This executive will build and lead the product management organization for eCommerce, responsible for collecting and interpreting market research, conceiving innovative products and services, creating a robust product roadmap, composing marketing and product requirements, and managing the product lifecycle. The right candidate will be a strategic and ambitious visionary with the proven ability to deliver products that create impact and deliver exceptional value to the end customer. Furthermore, this leader should be highly motivated to succeed, and empower his/her team to do so, in an approachable manner, that engenders trust and confidence at all levels across the organization.
 
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Define, articulate, and execute on a clear vision and strategic product roadmap for Intuit’s eCommerce business from conception to launch.
  • Establish the methodologies and procedures for conducting research, design conceptualization, prototyping, and product development.
  • Measure success of program features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
  • Partner with product management leaders in helping define and influence product strategy that drives customer and business growth while creating future differentiation.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to define and articulate the customer experience and translate it into an executable strategy and implementation plan.
  • Gather relevant intelligence to drive impactful change and provide critical insights into new products and features.
  • Define launch timelines and release goals that align with key partners across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership across the organization to drive a seamless multi-channel integration.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while creating an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Devise and communicate clear long-term objectives, goals, and expectations.
  • Create diverse and inclusive work environments through all aspects of talent management: recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning.
