Head of Sales (Remote in LA/San Fran) –

SAN FRANCISCO/LOS ANGELES

Primary Responsibilities:

-Lead new business development in partnership with the CEO:

- Collaborate in crafting sales strategy and narratives

- Deck development

- Pricing Strategy

- Contract management

- Own revenue responsibility in bringing in new business

- Co-own relationships with strategic clients, meeting and exceeding revenue growth targets, in partnership with Producers.

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and management

- Develop and manage annual account plans and client growth strategy

- Nurture strategic partnerships with key decision makers

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Contribute to any and all strategic pitches and proposals

- Be constantly striving to find ways that we can do things better, faster and cheaper

- Working with ECD to ensure we’re structuring programs with the capability to deliver creative excellence

 

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 7+ years experience in consultative/solution sales role

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets

- Experience in creative strategy

- Proven track record in selling creative solutions to brands and or agencies – specifically in CPG/Retail

 

Additional Experience

- Brand Marketing experience a plus (direct or indirectly supporting or selling into brand marketers)

- Production Experience a plus
