The Opportunity 
 
Join one of Australia's leading cryptocurrency exchanges and play a key role in bridging traditional finance with the world of crypto. You'll be working at the forefront of the industry for a company with a vision to become an influential world class fintech platform.  


The Role

As a newly created function, you'll be able to craft this 'VIP Management' role into your own.   With the primary remit of  fostering strong business relationships with new and existing high value clients, you will lead a high performing team that continuously engages new and current clients, striving to provide exceptional client experience and care.
 
While centred in the realm of customer success, you will be dedicated to our top customer tier and focused on specific high value customer growth, engagement and retention.

Core duties include:
  • Maintaining and growing engagement across VIP communities
  • Mitigate client churn through monitoring and communicating with clients to understand their specific needs and troubleshoot
  • Becoming the internal expert guiding and advising our wider team with your deep insights into our VIP customers needs, issues and opportunities
  • Ongoing contribution towards maximising the experience with our platform
 
The offer

Earn a very competitive base pay, plus generous (uncapped) commissions


Who we're looking for

You will be a people person who is able to quickly build trust and rapport whilst developing positive relationships both internally and externally.

Along with a solid understanding of the cryptocurrency sector, ideally you will posses experience with:
  • Acting as a trusted advisor who can inspire change
  • Balancing revenue target beside other data driven KPIs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to succinctly communicate complex information to a varied audiences
  • Natural capacity to understand customer goals, current and future needs and other insights that surface further revenue opportunities
